Terms & Conditions

The rules, responsibilities, and acceptable use standards for accessing the platform.

Effective date: May 15, 2026

These terms are a product-ready draft, not final legal advice. Replace placeholders, align them with your billing workflow and support commitments, and have counsel review them before production use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dhooma CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by any additional policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for ensuring that account information is accurate, that credentials are kept secure, and that access to the platform is limited to authorized users within your business or organization.

3. Permitted Use

  • Use the platform only for lawful business and CRM-related purposes.
  • Respect all applicable privacy, consumer protection, and anti-spam obligations.
  • Upload only content and customer data you are authorized to process.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

4. Customer Data

You retain responsibility for the business data, lead information, files, notes, and other content you submit to the platform. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, transmit, and display that data solely for operating and supporting the service.

5. Billing and Subscription Terms

Paid features, trials, upgrades, and renewals may be governed by your selected subscription plan. Fees, billing cycles, renewal behavior, refund rules, and payment methods should be described consistently with your live checkout flow and payment provider configuration.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, and security events may affect availability from time to time.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform software, interface design, branding, and related materials remain the property of the service operator or its licensors, except for customer data that users provide through the service.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security concerns, unlawful conduct, misuse, or material violation of these terms. Customers may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active billing commitments and data retention processes in effect.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Final published terms should include the limitation-of-liability language required for your jurisdiction, customer base, and commercial model.

10. Governing Law and Contact

Replace this section with the governing law, dispute venue, business entity name, and contact details that apply to your actual operating company before publishing these terms.
